ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are Countryside Partnerships, and we have been appointed by PA Housing to undertake the essential fire safety remediation work at Elmgrove Point.
The remediation process includes removing the timber and metal cladding, as well as the existing insulation on the building. We will then install new fire-compliant insulation and new cladding. We will also need to work on your balconies/terraces, replacing the flooring with fire compliant material and replace some internal doors.
